A client who lives in Welwyn Garden City
wants the whole house painted.
2 bedrooms,
lounge/living room, bathroom, kitchen, hallway and
staircase.
The ceilings are to be painted in
white emulsion. The walls in all areas
in different colors of emulsion (2) coats.
The woodwork throughout is to be painted in
a white gloss finish after suitable preparation.
All materials supplied by client.

The sill paintwork is badly flaking.
Prepare and decorate concrete window sills and
window surrounds. Decorate entrance porch. Make weather
proof by doing a little re-pointing.
All window frames are upvc so no
windows need painting. Re-mastic window surrounds.
Clear the guttering.
Estimate including materials £650.
Almost all furniture thats factory made does
not require any painting, but this is
custom built out of MDF and will
require several paint applications.

Newly
built MDF Desks in an office, approximately
8 metres total length. Require sanding, filling
and painting.
8m x 800mm run of MDF
desks including 6 full width legs. MDF is
not primed and unprepared. The desks will be
painted in a satin white finish.
